We have extensive experience with Square D, Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, and similar products. Our fabrication specialist will completely assemble, install, and test each GMI component. Our control engineers are knowledgeable in all aspects of the newest RFID & PLC technology.

INSTALLATION

Guardian helps to manage machinery control installation projects. Our experienced staff is knowledgeable about all the necessary integrity requirements for machinery control installations. Augmenting our talented engineering staff is our Electrical Integration team, which includes Master Electricians, Machinists, Technicians and Assemblers, all craftsmen in their own right. We have fabricated and installed over 255 PLC control systems in the past few years throughout North America, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and China.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Guardian Manufacturing offers a complete line of software development services. Our team of programmers are fluent in PLC Ladder Logic (any manufacturer), National Instruments LabVIEW, Microsoft .NET Suites, C, Python, Java, and others.

Our software team is experienced in all aspects of programming for industrial processes, including motion control (VFD and Servo), machine vision, closed-loop control of any process (temperature, pressure, ph, etc.) and data storage and analysis. We are experts in understanding the dynamics around complex electromechanical systems.
